Mission
Kosovo railways Mission is to operate the railway net of Kosovo, to upgrade and to maintain the Kosovo railways lines for operation (cargo services and by possibility also passengers transportation services) based on European Union standards.
Vision
We want to make the rail transportation the most preferred mode of transport on the following relevant lines:
Cargo Services (freight transport) in region and international
Public Passengers services in local and regional traffic
Be the leading container operator in Kosovo
To operate and to maintain in commercial basis.
Key of Success
The Success of Kosovo Railways will be to create value for Kosovo society. Kosovo Railways with sustainable services shall be based on the engagement and on the leading by component employees, efficient infrastructure and by offering services expected by Kosovo. Kosovo Railways are proud to be the only POE operator in Kosovo with multiethnic staff, multiethnic clients and with full access in own property.
